SET UP AN APPOINTMENT
Casting VA and Inox Studios have teamed up to provide Virginia's acting talent a special opportunity to have a fresh start. We're beginning a project called Headshot Days.
As the film industry really started picking up in this last year, we realized that the vast majority of headshots coming in from prospective talent were lacking in both professionalism and quality. Because of our unique partnership we're able to offer high-quality imagery at well over 30% off. We're able to do this by combining resources and keeping our overhead very low.
Headshot Days at Casting VA will take place over the course of several Saturday's at our offices.Starting as low as $275, our packages will give you a leg up on the competition with fresh new images to promote yourself with.
Your look and talent are unique, don't let an outdated presentation stop you from getting the role you'd be perfect for. We'll help you put your best face forward!
Once payment is made we'll call you directly to schedule your appointment. Please note: in the unlikely event that we have fewer than 6 people scheduled for a particular day, we reserve the right to push your appointment to the following Saturday.

RATES
All rate information on this web site is ALREADY discounted for cash and money order payments ONLY. All other forms of payments are not eligible for this discount at any time while working with us! All location shoots with Inox start at a minimum $275. This price is ONLY available if your appointment is scheduled directly through this web site. Union talent (Sag/Aftra) will receive a five (5) percent discount from their photo shoot balance if their card is presented at the shoot and up to date. Shoots may occasionally vary in price due to season, location-driven costs and agency specification. Currently, due to the rising cost of travel, all location shoots will add an additional $50.00 travel and location fee.
Please Note: Enlargements, CD’s, portfolios, composite cards, actor's head shots, or photo shop services are NEVER included in your photo shoot costs. If you would like to know these costs please review info below

The earlier you schedule for a location shoot, the more accommodating INOX office can be with your calendar and the more time he can help you prepare.
DEPOSIT
The Purchase of One of Our Packages Constitutes Your Full Agreement with the Policies Set Forth Below:
Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. We view you as a customer for life, not a one time patron. We will do everything in our power to ensure your satisfaction with our work.
There are NO RESHOOTS unless necessary for technical reasons. We are happy to produce more work for you at our standard rates. In the unlikely event that you or your company are unsatisfied with our work for any reason-we will issue you a FULL REFUND (minus a 10% clerical fee) PROVIDED you return the images within (5) business days of receipt. Any other Return/Refund situation is at the full discretion of INOX. ALL of our images are copyright protected and electronically tagged to prevent unauthorized/unlicensed use and any such use will result in legal action.
CANCELLATIONS must be made more than (72) hours before scheduled appointment time in order to be eligible for full refund. Appointments cancelled within (72-24) hours of scheduled time will be refunded 50% of total charge. Cancellations made within (24) hours of scheduled time forfeit all payments made. Please be on time, no refunds will be given if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE and no appointment will be given without a deposit. Deposits can be made by CASH, credit card, debit card or money order.
